We suggest you purchase 8-16oz of our Aromatherapy No More Frizzies Aloe Vera Jelly to seal your curls. Get the Styling Gelly if you typically have trouble with clumping or consider yourself to be a Type 4b-5 on the naani hair typing system.

The Jelly or Gelly will help further define your curls and make it easier for those with type 4a-4b hair to achieve clumps and curl separation while enabling those with 3c hair reduce frizziness. It will also help preserve your style for days while imparting the healing and moisturizing effects of aloe vera.

S~Factor Technique

It's all about layering. The reason why the No-Poo method is so popular is because it avoids stripping natural oil (sebum) and some product remnants from our hair. Where OTC shampoos have a tendency to over-cleanse and strip hair, the No-Poo ideology works on the premise that a lil build-up more closely mimics our hair's natural state. After all, our hair naturally produces an oil called sebum which encourages growth, seals and protects. The S~Factor Technique relies on this basic principle to layer our products in a way that Sections and Seals your curls.

After shampooing, towel-drying your hair. Allow your hair to air-dry a bit or blow dry it briefly. Your hair should be ever-so-slightly damp. Next Section your hair.

Apply Curly Custard to the first section being sure to Smoothe the product through the hair repeatedly from root to tip. Repeat on each section.

Once you have Sectioned and Smoothed, you will now Seal. The sealing step is important because it will add further definition to your curls..

Finally, Style and Set. So to recap we have learned...

Step 1: S~ection your hair with clips, braids, plaits, etc...
